CHANGES TO OUR RETURNS POLICY

We know that it might not be as easy for our customers return items at the moment, so we have decided to extend our returns period to 28 days on orders made before the 26th October to make this easier. Orders made after the 26th October are eligable for our Christmas Returns Policy below. 

Otherwise, we're doing everything that we can to maintain a business as normal approach for as long as possible, there may inevitably be some delays in our services but at the moment the website is running as normal and we're working closely with our couriers to make sure there's as little disruption to your orders as possible.

We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience, and to thank you for your understanding given the extraordinary circumstances that we're all going through.

We will provide further updates as and when we are able to, but for now please rest assured that we are doing everything that we can to run our business as efficiently, safely and responsibly as possible.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

Taken a risk with your gift this year or not sure on their size? Don’t worry, any purchases made from the 26th October up to and including the 24th December will be covered under our extended Christmas returns policy.

SEVENSTORE will be happy to refund or exchange any unwanted items purchased between these dates if they are returned on or before Sunday 10th January in their original condition (including tags) with a valid proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt).

No returns will be accepted in-store between Saturday 26th December to Monday 28th December. Returns will re-commence from Tuesday 29th December.

Please note; The normal 14 day returns policy will re-commence from Saturday 26th December.

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE


We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with your order, providing the item(s) is in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure that postal returns are securely packaged, and sent back using the original packaging.

The cost of returning item(s) to us is £2.50. You won’t have to pay up front to return the parcel, but £2.50 will be deducted from the amount we refund to you (unless you are returning a faulty item or returning for an exchange which is free of charge).

We aim to process all returns as soon as we receive the goods back. However, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.

Items purchased online can not be returned in store.

RETURNING BY POST 


UK Customers 

If you want to return an item for any reason, please complete the returns forms received with your order, include it in your parcel and follow the DPD returns instructions on the DPD returns form included in your delivery documents.

All UK returns postage is free of charge.If you choose not to use the DPD returns service included in your order and use any other returns method, you will be liable for the full cost of this. Please keep confirmation of postage as proof that you have returned your items to us. 

International Customers 

For all International orders, the customer is responsible for returning items and any costs incurred for postage. On refunds for International orders, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded back to your account.

Once your return has been received it will be processed and refunded within 5 working days. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

REFUNDS 

If you have purchased online and would like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price and made to your original method of payment.

On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however we aim to process all refunds as soon as your items are received back to us. Once your order has been refunded you will receive notification via email.

EXCHANGES

Items purchased in our Baltic Triangle store are not eligable for refunds. 

Our returns policy is displayed at all till points and is reiterated on your receipt.

SEVENSTORE are happy to offer an exchange on any merchandise that is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase upon production of a valid receipt (excluding shoe care).

This does not affect your statutory rights.
