Dries Van Noten is a great gardener. If you can’t see this in his historically excellent use of rich prints (floral or otherwise) and his considered nurturing of classic tailoring into award-winning avant-garde artistry, then there’s no point telling you about how he’s responsible for one of fashions most important movements as part of Antwerp Six. Elegant cuts are executed through modern takes on tailoring with a backdrop of youthful colours.
