If you have bought something that needs to be returned, don’t worry, please keep hold of the item and your receipt and we will honour returns for up to 28 days to make it as easy as possible for you to return your items. We will continue to monitor the situation and we will review this returns window again if needed.
Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered in 1-3 Days Orders are subject to a £4.95 delivery fee for our DPD Express service. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend (before 3pm on Sunday) will be delivered in 1-2 days or 3-5 days, depending on the service selected at checkout, after the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery to Europe is from €8 and from $10 to the Rest of the World via DHL Standard International Service
All international orders are sent via a tracked and signed for service with customisable in-flight delivery options. Our service does not include any customs charges incurred upon entry into your country. Any customs, duties or tax charges must be paid for by the customer and will not be covered by SEVENSTORE.

Russia: Orders to Russia are subject to a £30 delivery fee using DHL Standard International Service. Please note* orders can only be shipped to a business address if you are ordering from Russia.
We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with your order, providing the item(s) is in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure that postal returns are securely packaged, and sent back using the original packaging. Also, make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.
