Timings and Costs

UK delivery

Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered Next Day. Orders are subject to a £4.95 delivery fee for our DPD Express service as standard. Orders placed after 5pm on a Thursday, anytime on a Friday or over the weekend (before 5pm on Sunday) will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays).

International delivery

Delivery to Europe is from €11.50 and from $20 to the Rest of the World via DHL Standard International Service

Orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched the same day*. Once dispatched, your delivery should take 2 days if you are in a major international territory such as Hong Kong or New York. All international orders are sent via a tracked and signed for service with customisable in flight delivery options.

This is a guide time only and delivery time may vary. Please note, during busy periods SEVENSTORE are not responsible for any delays incurred by the courier. Any customs, duties or taxes incurred on items are not covered by SEVENSTORE.

Tax Free Shopping:

We offer Tax Free Shopping to all our customers living outside of the EU. The 20% sales tax is deducted from RRP price during the checkout process. Our Tax Free service does not include any customs charges incurred upon entry into your country. Any customs charges must be paid for by the customer in order for the package to be released.

For security reasons, all international orders must be delivered to the billing address and additional security checks may be administered. If this is the case, we will contact you by email. Failure to reply to these emails may result in your order being delayed or even cancelled.

Items purchased on our LAUNCHES site are not deducted of VAT at checkout, please contact our Customer Service team to claim the VAT back. 


We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with your order, providing the item(s) is in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure that postal returns are securely packaged, and sent back using the original packaging.

We aim to process all returns as soon as we receive the goods back in our store. However, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.
