Named after the coldest face of the mountain, The North Face was founded in 1966 by two friends who had an obsession with climbing and the outdoors.

The irony is, The North Face started on a beach. San Francisco’s North Beach Neighborhood to be exact, the birth place of the brand that has helped explorers reach the harshest climates known to man.

Now, more than 50 years on from when it was founded, The North Face delivers an extensive range of performance apparel, footwear and equipment pushing the boundaries through climbing, skiing and outdoor activity. Not only a dominant force in exploration apparel, but also a figure within the rise of streetwear; in particular, outerwear. The North Face has pushed innovation to the streets with notable collaborations with Junya Watanabe and Supreme, a true integral part to any winter wardrobe.

Known for comfort and functuality within their heritage, The North Face maintain commitment to pushing the limits of outerwear design. The introduction of a collection dedicated to Tangerine outtakes three significant silhouettes from The North Face range. The Lhotse Down Jacket, Mountain Q Jacket and the Insulated Mountain Q Jacket are in place to protect from the most extreme weather conditions, making them all waterproof, windproof and breathable.
